Ingredients
- 250g cooked or canned salmon
- 2 tbsp oat flour or almond flour
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Lemon zest
- Olive oil
- Extra yogurt for serving
Method
- Mix salmon with flour, yogurt, spring onions, dill, mustard and lemon zest.
- Shape into small patties and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Serve warm or cold with extra yogurt and dill.
