Ingredients
- 200g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherries, halved
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- Cinnamon or cacao nibs to finish
Method
- Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, chia, cacao and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon into small jars and chill for 10 minutes if you have time.
- Top with cherries and pistachios.
- Finish with a dusting of cinnamon or cacao nibs.
