Ingredients

  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherries, halved
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • Cinnamon or cacao nibs to finish

Method

  1. Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, chia, cacao and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spoon into small jars and chill for 10 minutes if you have time.
  3. Top with cherries and pistachios.
  4. Finish with a dusting of cinnamon or cacao nibs.
